About Jan

Jan Britt is an Interior Decorator who owns her own Interior Decorating business in Marietta, GA. She makes custom made curtains and no-sewing window treatments. Jan has perfected many, many no-sewing window treatment techniques. She demonstrates and teaches two of her no-sewing window treatment tecniques on instructional videos she has created.

Jan teaches Color Coordinate Your Home, Illusion Decorating, How to Make Custom Window Treatments, Sewing, and No-Sewing Window Treatment classes at various locations in the greater Atlanta, including Kennesaw State University's Adult Education, and many other schools, and fabric stores. She is also a seminar speaker.

Jan is a Professional Home Stager, helping home-owners get their house ready to sell. In addition she teaches a State of Georgia approved CE credit staging course to Real Estate Agents. She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, the Interior Design Society, and the Wall Coverings Association of America.

Jan has been the subject of feature articles in the Home and Garden sections of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Marietta Daily Journal, the Paulding County Neighbor, and the Atlanta Home Improvement Magazine.

She appeared many times on Channel 11's Peachtree Morning" television program and numerous times on Reid/Land Productions "Our Place" on HGTV. She has also made several guest appearaces on "Decorating Tips With Lee Ann" on Radio Sandy Springs.
